Thank you for your interest to learn more about our company.  While we were founded in May of 2023, we have been creating this exacting work for over 30-years.  At our core, we believe in the following:

      Our Background

Sideline Documentation and Design is a team of passionate experts dedicated to providing the best solution for all of your documentation and design needs.  With three decades of experience and varied industry expertise, we have honed our skills to deliver exceptional output.  We began our journey in small town sign design, then moved forward to healthcare-related training manuals as well as clean and innovative, yet classic project presentations.  We then added technical manuals, electrical and mechanical methods of- and standard operating-procedures, and the dreaded but always necessary audit reporting and audit tracking summaries (of many varieties) to our portfolio.  We then created a variety of financial summaries capturing one-page snapshots of "reality finance" (i.e., what is really spent vs. projections in real-time vs. a very generic department overview) and capital vs. operating spend (also in real-time).  We've performed multiple efficiency analysis projects between two or many departments, always reporting on analysis, assisting with implementation of efficiencies, and provided captivating workflows, (which has provided increased optimization of bottom-line costs due to the clarity and efficiency of process).

From our beginnings and history - we firmly believe in the power of communication.  Today has brought forth a workforce which may not meet in-person to talk through items as often as they should.  To help keep your company's vision and processes consistently alive, communication is KEY.  Sideline Documentation and Design will create digital documentation to aid keeping your vision and processes at the forefront of your organization, and that is clearly understood through all levels of staff.

We also believe that while information must be communicated clearly, it must be captivating.  No one picks up a black and white, over-worded document and immediately wants to read it.  They want to see something that captures their eyes so that they want to quickly and clearly understand the information you want to relay.  Sideline Documentation and Design staff are experienced and highly creative to design information in a short-and-sweet, visually appealing way.
